Delivery

Our orders will take up to 2 business days to process at our dispatch centre and our delivery partner Australia Post will organise the safe delivery of your order!

Australia Post estimated shipping times:

Standard - 3-5 business days 

Express - Up to 2 business days

Shipping times are subject to Australia Post and may vary depending on your delivery address and whether delays can be anticipated during seasonal periods.

Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be dispatched from the warehouse. We aim to dispatch packages within 5 business days during our major sale periods.


How do I track my order?

Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email us at [email protected] so we can help investigate and do everything we can to get your gear to you. 

You are also able, as the receiver, to enquire about your parcel with Australia Post for confirmation of shipment. They are able to advise you status of the shipment, and will be able to identify any unusual tracking movements.

Standard Shipping:

Spend $120 or more and you’ll get free standard shipping.

$120 or less? Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8.95.

Express Shipping:

Spend $150 or more and you’ll get free express shipping.

$150 or less? Express shipping is charged at a flat rate of $12.50.

You have reached the Australian website and although our products are sold worldwide, we are unable to assist with inquiries from outside of Australia.

You can only order products from the website in the country in which you reside.

Ordering

We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal , After Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Apple Pay.  

Gift cards that are purchased in stores are only valid for in store use and can not be redeemed online. 

We do not currently offer click and collect options online. 

However, our team at our 2XU Performance and Outlet stores are happy to hear from you. You can call any store in business hours for stock availability requests. You can find your local store using the link: Store Locator – 2XU 

To redeem a promo code, you can apply this at checkout in the 'Discount Code' tab found under the products you have in your cart. 

The common reasons the offer may not be working is if you are applying it in conjunction with another offer, the code is not applied correctly as the system is case sensitive, or if your order is not eligible. To check out the promotional terms and conditions please refer here

The billing and shipping information can be different, however both addresses need to be resided within Australia. Please take care to ensure the shipping address is where you want your order to be delivered!

To protect your security and privacy, your bank can't provide 2XU with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you need to contact your bank directly to solve these payment issues.
 
You can try again with a different card, confirming that your details are correct, and that you are shipping to an Australian residential address.

If you realise that you have made a mistake just after confirming your order on the website, contact us as soon as possible so that we can do our best to help make any changes.
 
 Please note that you cannot cancel or change your order if 2XU inform you that it is too late, we can only offer a return for exchange or a refund.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at 2XU.
 
If an item isn't quite right for you, it can be returned for a refund or an exchange via our online returns portal: 2XU Returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original conditions that you received it in with the correct packaging, tags, and care instructions attached. 

Socks or underwear cannot be accepted back as a return due to hygiene reasons.

Please note: All final sale and clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.

Our Free and Easy Returns Process:

Returns can take up to 10 business days to be received at warehouse, inspected and processed by our team.


2XU retail stores may be able to accept a return or exchange on your online order!

We recommend to contact the store before attending to ensure your closest store are able to assist you.

In your email to our team, please provide your order number and explain why your product is faulty. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the next steps.


Warranty & Repairs

Please email [email protected] for any faulty / warranty claims. In the email provide your order number and explain why your product is faulty. The customer service team will then reply and send you a claims form that must be completely filled out. Upon completion, the claim will be assessed by our team.

We have the right to inspect claimed damages to items and decide on the outcome and cause of damage.

For products purchased in-stores, you must return to the placed of purchase to initiate your warranty claim. You will be asked to provide a receipt.

For products purchased from a retail partner, please speak to the wholesaler for information.

Your 2XU performance swimming wetsuit is supported with a warranty on both manufacture and materials for two years from date of purchase.

If you purchased your wetsuit in one of our stores, you must return to the store of purchase to initiate your warranty claim. You will be asked to provide a receipt.

Wetsuit Warranty becomes void if you have not followed the care instructions provided by any of the following means:

  • You have exposed the suit to chlorine;
  • You have exposed the suit to extreme heat and direct sunshine;
  • You have exposed the suit to prolonged bacteria and other harsh abrasive substances such as Petroleum Jelly (Vaseline, Paw Paw ointment etc.)

2XU will not repair or replace items that have clear physical stress such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment.

We have the right to inspect claimed damages to suits and decide on the outcome and cause of damage. If we determine the fault to be as a result of user error or general wear and tear, 2XU will not pay for suit repairs.

If your item is found to have a major fault, 2XU will cover all shipping and repair costs associated with your warranty claim.

Our Compression

Your compression tights should feel form-fitting through your thighs, hips and waist. 

You should be able to notice compressive pressure throughout the entire garment from ankle to waist without feeling restricted in your range of motion. 

The waistband should feel comfortable and supportive, but not digging in.

If it’s your first time trying on compression you may find putting them on a bit more of a workout than you expected.

Our Compression Tights have a graduated fit with the firmest part being at the ankle to improve blood flow circulation. This means they will be firm to put your foot through the ankle, and then continue to pull the excess up the leg.

Ensure the fabric is gradually pulled up your legs to avoid having fabric sagging down at the crotch which may cause discomfort.

If you’re putting on Compression Tights with bare feet, your skin will have more friction resistance. If experiencing difficulties, we recommend putting socks on first to help the fabric slide over your feet.

Although we’ve researched our knit structure and fabrics to ensure they last, it’s important to care for compression garments to give them their longest possible lifetime.
We recommend washing with cold water as soon as possible after each use to ensure sweat is removed from the fabric. Hand washing is most suitable otherwise you may use delicate cycle in a washing machine. Hang to dry and do not use a dryer. 

Compression should be firm and supportive to provide muscle stability and circulation benefit, however it’s important that you are comfortable. 

If downsizing, you can expect that the garment will provide greater compression power, however it’s important that the waistband isn’t digging in, restrictive and still provides full coverage – we don’t want them to be sheer and see-through! 

If you were to upsize, you would expect that it will be easier to get the Compression Tights on and likely more comfortable, however may not be applying the same pressure compared to true sized tights. Be mindful you will want to avoid having excess fabric which would be moving around potentially contributing to chafing or requiring you to frequently pull them up/adjust the fit.

Compression Tights are very versatile which will provide benefits for warm-up, during active use, recovery, injury management, travelling and medical needs. Refer to each product page to understand which product is best suited for your needs. The longer you wear compression the better the muscle support and circulation, but if you experience any discomfort, we recommend removing them for a period of time.

Unfortunately we currently do not offer gift cards online. Gift cards are sold in stores.

When using Paypal for online purchase, it is important to be aware that Paypal transactions can only be partially or fully refunded within 180 days of receiving payment.

Outside of the 6 months, unfortunately refunds to a Paypal cannot be made and you will need to contact Paypal for further information and advice.
